Recreation Referral Service Training!

• Are you a therapeutic recreation specialist, other helping professional, a family member, or a friend with experience in working with people with disabilities in recreation settings?

• Are you interested in meaningful, important volunteer service in your community?

• Do you believe that all people, regardless of ability, have a right to pursue the recreation activities of their choice in their community?

• Then you should become a trained Inclusion Advocate!

• The Recreation Referral Service Training teaches you how to be an Inclusion Advocate.

• You can then facilitate the inclusion process for an individual with a disability in your community or region who needs additional assistance with recreation.

• Using the therapeutic recreation process, IRRC will support you as you facilitate inclusion, one person at a time.
